Terms of Use

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses ClientsSetu, whether or not they book anything. They sit alongside the Terms & Conditions, which govern bookings, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. Where a booking is concerned and the two differ, the Terms & Conditions apply.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the platform for its intended purpose: finding professionals, booking services, and managing what you have booked.

That permission does not include reselling access, framing the site inside another, or using it to build a competing product.

Some parts of the platform need an account. Keep control of the mobile number your account is registered against, since one-time passwords are sent there, and do not share your session with anyone.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has access to it.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else do so.
• Upload malware, or anything designed to interfere with the platform or with other users.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the platform, or try to access data that is not yours.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content or personal data, or use bots and automated tools against the site, except for well-behaved search engine indexing.
• Place an unreasonable load on the platform, or interfere with its availability for others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of the platform.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or infringing.
• Misrepresent who you are, or your qualifications or affiliations.

Reviews, messages, profile text, documents and images you upload remain yours, and you are responsible for them. You confirm you have the right to post what you post.

You give us permission to store and display that content where the platform needs to for example, showing a review on a professional’s profile, or a dispute image to the staff handling the dispute.

We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we may keep a copy where a law or an open dispute requires it.

The platform’s software, design, layout, text, graphics and the ClientsSetu name and logo belong to ClientsSetu or to its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

Service descriptions, category listings and professional profiles are provided for information. They are not an offer or professional advice in themselves.

The platform links to third-party websites and tools government portals, payment providers, resources listed under Tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you rely on them.

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and maintenance may take parts of it offline.

We may release parts of the platform as previews or beta features. Where we do, it is marked as such and may behave differently from the rest.

Tell us about a security issue, an abusive user or content that should not be there at support@clientssetu.com. Please do not publish a security issue before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it, and do not access other people’s data while investigating one.

The platform and everything on it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be free of viruses.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Advice comes from the professional you engage, under the Terms & Conditions.

We may restrict, suspend or withdraw access for anyone who breaches these terms, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the platform or its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
